For full access to Cases of the Month and in order to comply with Terms of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy & HIPAA
you will need to take a minute to create a new account for yourself on this web site.
For registration and Continuing Dental Education (CDE) credit(s) here are the steps:
- Fill out the New Account form with your details.
- An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
- Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
- Your account will be confirmed and you will now be able to login.
- Now you can select the Case(s) of the Month you want to participate in.
- For CDE credit(s) you are required to pay nominal fee and complete feedback survey.
